Postgraduate Certificate in Assessment for Dyslexia and Literacy

The Dyslexia Action Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Dyslexia and Literacy is a unique and prestigious programme at Level 7 (Master’s level) that provides the training for qualified teachers to become informed practitioners and specialist teachers and/or assessors. The Certificate programmes are accredited by Middlesex University and lead on to the Diploma programme. Pathway A-C/C2 leads to ATS or APS with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA).

Postgraduate Diploma in Dyslexia and Literacy

The Postgraduate Diploma has a focus on Assessment and leads to 120 credits with Middlesex University and provides eligibility for an Assessment Practising Certificate (SASC) as well as AMBDA (BDA) with Module C2. Successful completion of the Diploma programme includes Module F (Research Methodology and Dissertation proposal preparation) and enables diplomates to progress to the MA in Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy with Middlesex University. It may be possible to join the programme if your previous studies have covered the content of our Postgraduate Certificate course.
