About Lexxic

Lexxic are leaders in empowering neurodiversity in the workplace. A specialist psychological consultancy, we believe all minds belong. So, it is our mission to inspire a working world that supports and values the talents of neurodiverse minds, empowering individuals to be their best selves at work and in Higher Education.

We partner with organisations and HE institutions to make a positive difference by delivering assessments and support services to neurodiverse individuals.

Our team of assessors support these organisations to develop environments where neurodiversity can flourish, supporting individuals who have Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (DCD), Dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Conditions and ADHD.

As part of our next stage of growth, Lexxic is excited to have a partnership between psychologists and SpLD assessors, we believe a first in the field.  We are recruiting APC holders to deliver diagnostic assessments for dyslexia, DCD (Dyspraxia) and ADHD, and possibly dyscalculia (dependent on experience with this). We are flexible in terms of associate/employed work and part-time/full-time work. We also offer ongoing support and training on assessments, so please apply if interested.

The ideal candidate will have:

-A current Assessment Practising Certificate, preferably with at least one renewal
-Experience in conducting specialist diagnostic assessments in line with SASC guidance with knowledge of appropriate recommendations for examination adjustments in Higher Education.  An advantage would be to have knowledge of current JCQ regulations for examination access arrangements

-An understanding of how to support and improve the skills of neurodiverse individuals
-A keen desire to extend their knowledge and widen their experience
