This form enables you to register and pay for an Award consisting of three units:

The units included in this Award are:

• DACPD91 – Supporting Adults with Dyslexia and Co-occurring Difficulties (30 hrs study)
• DACPD92 – Supporting Study Skills in Adults with Dyslexia (30 hrs study)
• DACPD88 – Assistive Technologies to Support Struggling Readers and Writers (30 hrs study)

Other Information:

• Full payment is required before you will be given access to the first unit
• You will have one year to complete the three units within this award from the start date of your first unit
• Once you have completed your first unit successfully you may take 2 units at the same time
• Once you have completed your registration you will be contacted with the next steps
