Technical requirements: Any modern PC or Mac will be able to connect to the webinar. You will need a speaker or headphones to listen unless you are using the landline phone number provided at the start of the Webinar.

Your computer should be connected to the internet via a broadband connection. Mobile broadband will work with a strong signal but is not recommended due to reliability issues.

Note: Your browser should be at least Firefox v34, Chrome V39, Safari 6.0, Internet Explorer 9 or later. You should have both JavaScript and Java enabled (these are default settings on most computers).
