Before applying for an APC through this form you must have joined The Dyslexia Guild (MDG/FDG level) and submitted your qualification information for approval and membership.
You cannot proceed until this step has been completed.
Payment is by credit/debit card. If you require us to invoice your employer upfront you must first provide us with a Purchase Order by selecting the Pay Later* Option below on the form
*If you select the Pay Later option your application process will not start until all fees are paid in full (including Guild Membership Fee).
Once you have completed this registration and paid the relevant fee you will be sent a link to upload your documentation onto our Moodle site for assessor review.
