\n \nThis form allow s you to register for the L5 Diploma in Specialist Teaching for Literacy-related Difficulties (CPD P athway route). Please read the following informati on carefully:
\n \n1. Applicants will need to be working in an appropriate educational settin g (in any phase) and be suitably qualified for suc h a role.
\n \n2. You will need to upload t he programme application form into this registrati on document\, you will not be able to proceed if t his is not already completed and ready for upload.
\n \n3. You will also need to upload your Dyslexia Action Certificate DACRT51\, 56 or 67 int o this registration document\, you will not be abl e to proceed if this is not ready for upload.
\ n \n4. If your organisation are paying for you and require an invoice upfront you will be requir ed to enter all finance details including: a PO nu mber if relevant\, finance name and address\, fina nce email and finance contact phone number
\n \ n5. Once you have submitted your registration your application
will be assessed for suitability and you will be
informed via email confirmation (usually within 5-
10 days) and sent an invoice for payment.
